It is likely that many people will not have heard of this amazing symbol of Belgian civil engineering, but a visit is well worth the effort and the place is full of discoveries while you explore the rivers of Europe.
The visitor centre includes a giant engine room, extraordinary views of the area and a variety of activities, multi-media experiences and exhibitions of local interest.
This place is truly a fantastic experience and one to add to the list of European River Cruise ‘Discoveries’. A fantastic addition to our Seven Wonders of the River Cruise.
